I can definitively say it was a pig valve. My sources have asked not to be disclosed. The picture above is a pig valve, I find it somewhat revolting, and strangely attractive. So happy to hear the good news on Liz's surgery....I'm so impressed with all the attached photos...actually, I think the valve looks like a oyster on the half shell! and I love those.......keep up the good work Liz.
